When will my order ship?

Ships from our partner brands in the US. Delivery time depends on the item and is shown at checkout / in your shipping confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Will my order arrive in one package?

Many of our items ship directly from our partner brands. If your order includes items from more than one brand, they may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied, you can return items within 30 days from the date you receive them. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags attached, and proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required. See the full refund policy.

How do I start a return?

Please contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with shipping instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
